    I'm the founder of Foxfire Consulting. In my many years working with organizations on transformation I've found that genuine, authentic and real support for people who need it most (those impacted) doesn't exist in a way that's most meaningful and helpful. It's usually a 'check the box' exercise. I want to change that. I help people, teams and leaders move through change with more ease and less stress. I blend mindfulness, resilience, emotional intelligence, change strategies and other techniques, to help people learn skills that empower them to thrive. At Foxfire Consulting we don't just manage the process of change, we tend to the people going through it.
